This was the first trip to Grammie's new house when we were allowed to get in the pool. I had taken a couple of swim classes at the YMCA so I had built up my confidence in the water. I was so excited to get in! I put on my float and jumped right in to Grammie. After a few times, I realized that Ava was scared to jump and required a lot of coaxing. I decided to be cautious too, so the rest of the trip, I, too, required coaxing to jump in. I did enjoy "swimming" around the pool though.
The other highlight of this trip was going to the big movie theater with Ann, Ava, Bradie, Nonny, Daddy, and Mommy. I got a "Cars 2" drink cup and some popcorn! I lasted about 1/2 way through the movie, but it just wasn't as good as the original movie, so I lost interest. I stayed in the theater the whole time though.
